1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VYTL mobile application and website (vytl.ae), operated by VYTL Technologies ("VYTL," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use VYTL. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & payments

VYTL offers a free tier and a paid PRO subscription (AED 69.99/month or AED 599.99/year). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Tap Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Health & fitness disclaimer

Important VYTL is a fitness tracking and coaching tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Recovery scores, AI coaching suggestions, and nutrition plans are generated based on the data available and general fitness principles — they are not medical recommendations.

Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing health condition. You use VYTL's training and nutrition features at your own risk.

6. Studio & class bookings

VYTL facilitates bookings between you and independent partner studios and facilities. VYTL is not the operator of these facilities and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of any partner facility or its staff. Cancellation policies for individual classes are set by the partner facility and shown at the time of booking.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile photos, messages to the AI coach, etc.). By submitting content, you grant VYTL a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit content you don't have the rights to share.

8. Intellectual property

The VYTL app, website, logo, and underlying software are the property of VYTL Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including confirmed data manipulation in competitive features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, VYTL and VYTL Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained during physical activity undertaken based on in-app guidance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use of VYTL after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
